Two Siblings, One Restaurant
George and Marianna Huliaris opened The Omega Grill in September 2015, just two doors down from their parents' restaurant, The Olive Oil. They grew up in hospitality — then built something entirely their own.

The menu starts with American comfort food and takes it somewhere better — bolder, spicier, more satisfying. Everything is made to order, and the daily features keep even regulars guessing.
The Hot Dog That Won an Award
The Fork & Knife Hot Dog — HTX queso, house chili, and shredded cheese on a poppy seed bun — took home Best Hot Dog Gourmet at the 2024 Nick's Local Eats Awards.

Exposed brick, red upholstered booths, local Texas craft beers on tap — the space feels warm the moment you walk in. Guests have been known to drive over an hour just to sit back down.
